The firm focuses on acquiring and operating SMEs and deploying capital through direct private equity and debt. The principle managing trustee is Chadwick Hagan.

Wessex Investments International was formed after Hagan Capital Group's transformation - from single family office to commercial finance firm - to oversee business and philanthropic concerns formerly affiliated with Hagan Capital Group management.
